The Holocaust

• Hitler killed lots of people during this time, most were Jews, but not all where.

• Hitler had serious issues and many life problems. He thought that Jews were evil, because he blamed the Jews for Germany's loss to WW1 (World War 1)

• Hitler basically targeted on the Jews because Germany did not win WW1 he thought it was all their fault.

• If you were against the Nazi then you were taken to concentration camps mostly to die, kids, elders and adults, men or women it didn't matter.

• The lucky people that survived his camps were taken away and rescued before they died.

• Laws were made against Jews by Hitler

• Jewish businesses were often marked with stars in the windows, and they often got attacked, and terrorized by hooligans (a violent young troublemaker, typically one of a gang.)

• Hitler made a law called the Nuremberg Law. He was trying to create segregation from the Jews. What was his prob? The Jews knew they had to take a stand, and they did.

• The boycott of Jewish businesses caused a great uproar in other Nations, and the Nazi fearing, further damage quickly ended it.

• Tens of thousands of Jews were fired from their jobs and banned from universities

• Jewish Ghettos were were a temporary way to concentrate the Jews. Jews lived in a state of chaos. People had few resources, they were sick, and lived in crowded conditions. Ghettos were established in occupied Eastern Europe.

• The boycott laws established and official channel for the out pour of hatred and jealousy that had swept the Nazi power

• In the final solution, Hitler thought he had finally found a solution to the “Jewish Problem.” His plan was to exterminate all living Jews and he killed many, and also killed many gypsies, Soviet Officials, and the handicapped. He thought shooting wasn't enough, so he decided to make camps for mass extermination.
